The salary range for this position is: $ 22.00-$26.00
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on experience.

What you will do as the Service Manager
- Ensure you are providing the best resident experience in the world by resolving all maintenance requests with an outward mindset while following all local, state, federal laws in accordance with performance standards
- Oversee all maintenance staff and work orders, make ready turns, and community grounds and amenities upkeep
- Schedule and work with vendors
- Be OSHA compliance and conduct safety meetings
- Be on call on a rotating schedule for after hours maintenance emergencies
- Assist the Community Manager with the preparation of the annual maintenance budget and order necessary maintenance supplies and materials in accordance with the budget
- Utilize Outward Mindset Tools to ensure a positive impact to your team and residents
- Enhance your professional development by attending industry-related training seminars
Preferred Education and experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Fair Housing regulations knowledge
- 1-2 years of Multi-Family Property Maintenance
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Experience in pool maintenance
- Experience in appliance repair
Skills and Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Go up and down stairs frequently
- Ability to work independently and with a team and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to adopt the principles of the Outward Mindset in all work-related relationships and situations
