As a Sales Agent on the Junk King team, a typical day for you will include:
- Answer incoming sales calls from customers and schedule appointments.
- Gather information about the customer's needs and provide accurate quotes. Schedule jobs appropriately.
- Communicate with local franchise owners and managers as needed.
- Use a script to ensure that all calls are handled consistently and professionally.
- Answer questions from team members and supervisors via MS Teams.
- Communicate regularly with your supervisor to discuss call types, ways to improve, and gain efficiencies.
- Meet sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
- Enter customer information into the CRM system.

- Experience: 1 years of working experience in customer service or a related field
- Skills:
- Honest and ethical
- Technically proficient
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Windows OS
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Schedule / in-office requirements: Remote

- Competitive Pay: $15
- Schedule: Works 5 days a week with availability to work weekend days and evenings (schedule may vary Sunday - Thursday 6AM-3:30 PM PST)

- Equipment: For seamless integration with our systems and software, this position requires the use of a Windows-based computer. Specifically, you will need:
- A personal computer equipped with an Intel Core i7 (10th generation or newer) processor.
- Windows 10 or a more recent version of the Windows operating system.
- A stable, hardwired internet connection.
