Call Center Agent

SalesBizLab We areis seeking an energetic and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Dallas,TX

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and provide product information
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
• Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
• Meet individual and team performance goals
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required
