The Neighbors’ Volunteer Receptionist at Neighbors, Inc. is critical to helping a growing continuum of financial wellness programs (jobs, training and financial education) by being the first line of contact for any clients to Neighbors. This position will be a part of a growing Financial Empowerment team with the ultimate goals of improving financial well-being and self-sufficiency for those we serve.
Essential Job Functions
Greet clients as they enter the building helping them connect with the area or staff they are needing
Receive and place calls to clients about appointments
Use computers to schedule appointments
Other projects as necessary
Position Qualifications
Minimum
oMust be 18 years old
oComfort with cold calling clients and answering phone and questions
oAbility to talk face to face with clients
Preferred
oBilingual Spanish/English Knowledge
