STATUS: Full Time (40 hours/week) Non-Exempt
Summary
Under the supervision of the Property Managers, the PM Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support for the Property Management Department of NWNH, including but not limited to duties and tasks associated with the following processes: leasing, updating wait, intake, and correspondence to residents, applicants, and third parties. Position requires excellent organizing, typing, filing, and computer skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Support the applicant selection process by evaluating applications to determine completion.
· Secure third party verifications, scheduling appointments for re-certifications, and participate in interviews and orientations.
· Provides general information to applicants and residents from the answering service and web inquiries.
· Assist property management staff with such duties including but not limited to letter typing, mailings, faxing, filing and assistance with managing phone calls and messages
· Provides administrative support to Property Management staff as determined by senior Property Management staff.
· Carry out other duties as assigned and required for furthering the organization’s mission.
Qualifications/Requirements
· At minimum, Associates degree and 2 years of experience in an office setting
· Must possess excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations
· Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite programs
· Excellent filing, typing, organizing, and communication skills
· Bilingual – Spanish, a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
