Personal Care Aide - Assisted Living Facility

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the assigned LPN/LVN or RN Unit Supervisor, you will provide activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned. You will assist in providing a positive physical, social, and psychological environment, following all Center policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to residents/patients with their daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents/patients.
- Encourage socialization and participation in activities that promote mental and physical stimulation.
- Maintain accurate records of resident/patient care and progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in post-acute care or healthcare.
