Bookkeeping:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance.
- Monitor budgets and assist with financial planning.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print advertising.
- Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media accounts.
- Create promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate community outreach and networking events to promote the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
- Background in marketing, including social media management and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools.
