We are an ambitious, high-end, ultra-luxury electric vehicle (EV) company on a mission to redefine the future of sustainable luxury. As we prepare to scale, we are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales who will also take on the role of Co-Founder to lead our efforts in securing key clients, media placements, investors, influencers, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure high-net-worth individuals and businesses that align with our brand’s ultra-luxury values.
- Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, engage with venture capitalists, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals to secure the funding needed to bring our prototypes to life and scale production.
- Media & Public Relations: Develop and execute a high-level PR strategy to position the company as a leader in the luxury EV market. Build relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Influencer Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile influencers and brand ambassadors who can amplify our brand presence within the luxury and sustainability sectors.
- Strategic Partnerships: Negotiate and secure key business partnerships with other premium brands, manufacturers, and organizations that align with our vision and values.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand’s market presence globally, including expanding into new regions and customer segments.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, business development, and marketing, preferably within luxury brands, the automotive industry, or emerging tech sectors.
- Networking & Influence: Strong relationships with investors, media professionals, influencers, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team, while also thinking strategically about scaling the company.

Compensation & Structure:
- Equity-Only Compensation: Initially, this position offers equity-based compensation, commensurate with the hours dedicated to the role.
- Future Compensation: Once revenue is generated, payments will be arranged, after essential costs such as prototype development, are covered.
