Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist – Mental Health
Salary Range : $36.05 – $45.67 Hourly
Location : Sonoma County
What you will be doing :
- Ensuring high standards of quality : Lead initiatives to ensure clinical standards and patient safety are consistently met and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conducting audits and evaluations : Perform routine audits of clinical documentation, treatment plans, and patient records to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Driving improvement efforts : Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clinical teams to implement changes.
- Monitoring compliance : Track and ensure compliance with grants, contracts, billing, and licensing requirements.
- Providing staff training : Develop and deliver training sessions on regulatory compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
- Reporting and documenting : Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, and prepare regular reports on quality metrics and compliance status.
