Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist – Mental Health
Salary Range
36.05 – $45.67 Hourly

What you will be doing :
- Ensuring high standards of quality
Lead initiatives to ensure clinical standards and patient safety are consistently met and aligned with regulatory requirements.
Perform routine audits of clinical documentation, treatment plans, and patient records to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with clinical teams to implement changes.
Track and ensure compliance with grants, contracts, billing, and licensing requirements.
Develop and deliver training sessions on regulatory compliance, quality standards, and best practices.
Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, and prepare regular reports on quality metrics and compliance status.
What you bring :3 years in quality assurance, compliance, or a related role within healthcare or behavioral health.
Strong understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of training and presenting to various audiences.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
