Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Santa Rosa, CA

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually (DOE)

What you will be doing:
Culture & Employee Experience
- Promote and uphold company values related to safety, respect, and business excellence.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through HR initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and coach to employees and leadership.
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Provide operational HR support to leadership and employees.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop data-driven solutions and policies.
- Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business growth and optimization.
- Lead change management efforts to drive organizational effectiveness.
Talent & Performance Management
- Develop and implement talent strategies that support employee growth.
- Support performance management, coaching, and development planning.
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and workforce development.
- Identify training needs and work with the broader HR team to design learning programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Act as the primary contact for payroll and leave of absence processing.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws.
- Oversee and enhance HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Manage employee recognition programs and engagement activities.
What you will bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Leadership & Communication: Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships across all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
