What You’ll Do Here
The accounts payable position shoulders most of the daily accounting entries as well as providing admin support; these tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls not routed automatically
- Add, create and assign new accounts and job codes
- Enter inventory allocations in the general ledger
- Project/payment lien waivers
- Submit credit applications and set up new vendors
- Enter vendor invoices
- Vendor Payments
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Purchase Orders
- Reconcile AP Statements
What We Need from You
Much of this role is trainable, but there are specific items needed that will make you successful
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience with Excel and other computer software
- Attention to detail is highly critical
- 10-key accuracy
- Organizational skills
- Customer Service/communication/phone etiquette
- Ability to wear multiple hats and work under pressure/deadlines
- Self-starter/self-motivated

This Position is full time and will average 35-40 hours/week.
