Job Summary/Functions: Inside Counter Sales Representative; assist customers and contractors by fulfilling orders using Point-of-Sale software - take telephone orders for delivery - recommend, select and help locate and load inventory – participate in and support inventory control services – prepare simple estimates on material lists or small projects – perform other duties as necessary or as requested by management.
Requirements:
Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with clean driving record.
Minimum education - High School Diploma / GED.
Ability to read and understand invoices/packing slips/shipping & receiving orders and related paperwork.
Strong communication/customer service skills.
Must be able to work well with others as a team.
Ability to multi-task and coordinate with salespeople and customers/contractors.
Physical ability to lift & carry 20-100 lbs. at times.
Computer / calculator proficient.
CDL not required, but preference will be given to those carrying a CDL.
