A Day in the Life:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with recruitment tasks, including processing and tracking candidate progress and coordinating with hiring attorneys. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule calendars, video calls, interviews, and meetings using Microsoft Teams and Calendar. You will support recruitment activities by maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and managing electronic files to ensure consistency across systems. Additionally, you will draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence and recruitment-related documents while providing general support to the Recruitment and Management teams. Professionalism and discretion are essential as you interface with internal and external contacts at all levels and handle confidential information.
