Overview
Nelson Mullins is seeking an attorney to join its litigation team in Los Angeles. As an AmLaw65 law firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a candidate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location and join a tenured team. The ideal candidate has strong complex commercial litigation experience working in a mid-size or large law firm.
A Day in the Life
You will be joining a team of trial lawyers and litigators in Los Angeles who practice complex commercial litigation. The team has tried numerous jury trials to verdicts in various jurisdictions as well as in state and federal court in California.
We Know You
You have at least 10 years of meaningful litigation experience in complex litigation. You are able to draft and prepare pleadings and discovery, prepare for, take, and defend depositions, argue discovery motions, dispositive motions and/or class certification motions. You will bring an entrepreneurial spirit to our growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills and have strong communication skills. You have excellent academic credentials, and you are admitted and in good standing with the California Bar.

At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location.
- Salary/Wage Range: $1750,000 - $250,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for merit-based raises and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
