Nelson Mullins is adding a Staff Attorney to its Litigation group in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a thriving practice.
A Day in the Life
The Firm moved to its current location at 201 17th Street NW in 2007 as the first tenant in a new building located at Atlantic Station, a brownfield reclamation and mixed-used development that houses everyday amenities including alternative transportation options within walking distance. The office meets the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.

You have at least 2 years of litigation experience, have an attention for detail and are well-versed in written discovery. You possess exceptional writing, analytical, and communication advocacy skills, and have excelled academically. You are prepared to focus your practice in the toxic tort space, and are a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia.
