This role will support the firm’s recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding processes. As a key member of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the entire hiring process with precision and professionalism. You’ll manage the full-cycle recruitment process for business professional roles across multiple offices, coordinate interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will craft compelling job descriptions that not only outline the role, but also attract and engage top-tier legal talent. Additionally, you’ll track hiring processes, maintain detailed checklists, and partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. You will also serve as a key point of contact by facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers, directors, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. Your responsibilities will further include reviewing resumes, facilitating evaluations, extending offers, and leading special projects, including process improvements and diversity initiatives. You have 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience and find success both in the search for top-quality candidates and in the high level of customer service needed with our associates and staff. You have superior communication and interpersonal skills, and you’re able to work both independently and collaboratively. You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can easily reprioritize as needs arise. You’re detail-oriented and have organizational skills that rival the best. You have a strategic mindset to help source the best possible candidates. You’re also able to accept performance feedback with a growth mindset and be assertive when asked to go outside of proper processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Prior experience with iCIMS or another ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Prior law firm experience preferred
