The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts. This position is initially for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Cornerstone with candidate information and status updates.
- Connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruiting or HR support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Cornerstone is a Plus!
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
