What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff Member position at Nelson's Bar & Grill?
Nelson's Bar & Grill is looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Shifts avaliablilty 5-11pm, 4-6 days a week. This post is for multiple positions.
Qualifications:
- Food Preparation: Follow recipes, using proper ingredients, methods and techniques, consistent with the company’s quality standards.
Line Cook: Set up, maintain, and clean station for menu service.Cook Outlines and food safety guidelines for all food items.Provide an excellent guest experience through high-quality food and service.Ability to work cooperatively with other team members and communicate effectively.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and punctuality are essential for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
