We are seeking an energetic, engaging HR Business Partner who thrives on growth, building great processes to support an amazing field team, and working with a collaborative team. This person must be strong in HR support and service delivery to our managers and employees and relentless in the pursuit of scalability while celebrating and supporting our Service Super Heroes. This role is the primary resource to create alignment between Human Resources, Talent strategy, and business strategy. You will balance your time between coaching/ counseling on employee relations, driving org/department objectives, supporting growth through organic and acquisitions, and lead projects that support a company in high expansion mode.
Responsibilities:
- Provides HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day to day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned business groups. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with leaders and employees to provide guidance and counsel on a variety of HR and business-related issues on both strategic and tactical levels
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues; conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance/consultation/training to employees and leaders (coaching, mentoring, counseling, career development, talent development, disciplinary actions).
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation and supports education and adherence as needed.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Partners with recruiting for assigned groups, ensuring timely completion review and support of open positions within regions. Recruits for higher level positions, as requested.
- Provides counsel and drives execution on workforce planning and organizational design. Assesses talent opportunities and performance gaps; oversee talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for assigned business groups.
- Partners with other HR team members (Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement) acting as a point of contact and liaison with supported groups to deliver robust HR services.
- Provides project management expertise through the initiation, management and driving of strategic projects and initiatives, and change management for HR objectives and other projects as assigned.
- Delivers training, in line with company or department objectives, in both large and small group settings. May be asked to develop content in line with needs and expertise.
- Participates in assigned business groups operational meetings, business reviews, and team building.
- Provides trend data to CHRO for review and discussion. Performs data analysis in relevant areas and keeps leadership appraised of ongoing issues and statuses.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive HRBP experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment providing advice, counsel and coaching to senior leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- In depth knowledge in at least two key areas within the HR field (Recruiting, Onboarding, Leaves, Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation)
- Knowledge of legal, safety and regulatory requirements (FLSA, ADA, Workers Comp, Unemployment, Benefits, Retirement, Compensation, etc.)
- The ability to build partnerships, interact and communicate at all levels within the company, as well as the ability to adjust to different situations is required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability as a change agent
- Proficient in HRIS, MS office and data analysis tools (advanced excel)
- Ability to travel up to 15%
