Overview - DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED, OVERNIGHT SHIFT, SPLIT DAYS OFF
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Night Sweeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of various outdoor spaces. This position requires a combination of mechanical and manual labor to complete the parking lot maintenance, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and safe for public use.
Candidates will be trained on proper and safe use of sweeping equipment, as well as shown approved methods of parking lot maintenance.
Duties
- Operate sweeping equipment to remove debris, leaves, and litter from designated areas.
- Perform routine maintenance on sweeping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform lot maintenance tasks, including trash removal (bagged and hand portered), use of blower and hand tools for curb and fence upkeep.
- Engage in lawn and planted area trash removal as needed.
- Utilize power tools effectively for various cleanup tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Must pass a DMV review
Requirements
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions overnight.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
