JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completes all assigned duties, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner.
- Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
- Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Players Club membership benefits.
- Provides feedback to the Director of Player Development regarding status and concerns of VIP players.
- Responsible for evaluating discretionary comps for customer disputes.
- Reviews the patron's accounts to ensure the redemptions fall within the patron's eligibility level.
- Assist the Director of Player Development in the development of Casino Host staff.
- Working knowledge of Oasis including but not limited to the following: Customer inquiries, Players Club & Tracking info, Customer offers & redemptions, and Marketing reports.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- BA in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Casino Host.
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications.
- Must complete all required company training.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and willing and eligible to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
