Luxury Resort Housekeeping

We are currently hiring for several positions within our Housekeeping department at Nemacolin! We are a luxury resort located in Farmington, PA where the possibilities are endless. At this time, we are looking for: Housekeepers, Public Area Attendants, Room Attendants, and Inspectors. The starting pay for all of these positions is $18/hour. Must have experience cleaning and preference will be given to those with a background in hospitality.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The individuals in our Housekeeping positions are responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment for Nemacolin guests and associates. Accountable for keeping cart rooms and linen closets cleaned and stocked with supplies. Candidates must deliver outstanding service to guests by handling any requests that they may have.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Removing soiled linens from resort hallways throughout the day.
• Removing trash from room attendants' carts.
• Shampooing and cleaning carpets when needed.
• Vacuuming and sweeping stairwells and hallways.
• Emptying trash cans and ash urns and changing sand as needed.
• Stocking service areas with supplies and linens.
• Sweeping and mopping service areas at the end of the day.
• Other job duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Must be able to speak English.
