The Nemacolin Welcome Ambassador is responsible for greeting guests arriving. They must be familiar with resort facilities and directions. Welcoming guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner as they arrive to the resort is an essential function of this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

- Greet guests upon their arrival.
- Assist guests by providing clear and thorough directions.
- Maintain welcome center office, inside and out.
- Maintain steady traffic flow through the gate.
- Greet and make eye contact with passing guests.
- Stand in a posted position presenting a polite, professional image, awaiting guest requests.
- Provide information regarding all facilities and services.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Address guests' needs and maintaining positive relationships to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize Forbes standards during all in-person and phone communication.
- Ensure that guests' requests are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner.
