Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and ensure a positive experience for every caller.

Duties

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information as needed.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address customer concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information is provided.

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette to create a positive impression during calls.
  • Ability to type efficiently while conversing with customers, ensuring accurate documentation of interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client services and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $22.36 - $25.89 per hour
