*Job Summary* Ideally has knowledge of Dentrix Software!! We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to patients and medical staff. *Duties* - Schedule patient appointments and procedures - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Verify patient information and insurance coverage - Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical documentation - Assist with billing and insurance claims processing - Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed *Experience* - Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred - Proficiency in medical terminology - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks Join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator to make a positive impact on patient care while working in a supportive healthcare environment.
