Job Description:
Nemco Food Equipment is committed to keeping a clean and tidy workplace. In this job, you will perform janitorial duties and help implement and sustain visual factory standards. Due to the inherent nature of the position, employee must be complete Bloodborne Pathogen Training as needed, and be willing to perform any tasks related to decontamination following OSHA protocol.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic housekeeping duties (dusting, sweeping, vacuum, mop)
- Collection and disposal of trash
- Cleaning and disinfecting
- Monthly cleaning of Nemco House
- Unlocking facilities prior to shift start
Qualifications
- Proper use of required PPE
- Ability to keep workspace clean and organized

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing:?Few tasks are performed in a standing position
Lifting:?Frequently lifting items weighing 5 lbs. to 10 lbs.; occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Walking:?Frequent walking short distances (less than 1/8 mile).
Carrying:?Occasional carrying of bulky items weighing up to 50 lbs. short distances.
Pushing:?Occasional pushing of standard cleaning accessories to accomplish tasks

Work Schedule:
M-Th 4:30am-2:00pm
F: 4:30am-9:00am
