The company has doubled in size over the past year, scaling from $100M to $200M, and is now looking for a dynamic sales leader to build on this momentum.
This is a high-impact role for a proven sales executive with a strong track record in construction, industrial, or building solutions sales. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed company targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, developers, general contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

- 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the mechanical, elevator, roofing, or building envelope sector.
