Currently, we partner with one of the nation’s leading telecommunications and technology providers, and we are seeking to grow our Telecommunications Account Representative team to support their expanding needs. Through our targeted sales strategies and business development expertise, we have consistently helped clients achieve their customer outreach and marketing goals.
Telecommunications Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicate direct outreach campaigns within the local market to promote telecommunications products and services, driving new customer acquisition and retention
- Develop a thorough understanding of the telecom solutions offered to deliver accurate and compelling presentations, address customer questions, and effectively match services to customer needs
- Provide top-tier support by addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through direct interaction and resolution
- Work closely with fellow Telecommunications Account Representatives and the Sales and Client Management teams to align strategies and execute successful sales campaigns
- Represent the client brand with professionalism and enthusiasm during outreach activities, fostering strong consumer relationships and trust
Telecommunications Account Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a people-facing role such as customer relations, sales, hospitality, marketing, or related
- A strong interest in developing expertise in telecommunications technology, trends, and industry practices, with the ability to integrate training into sales efforts.
- Clear, confident, and professional communication when engaging with customers and client stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team, brainstorming new strategies and solutions.
- Reliability in time management and goal completion

Pay: $60,024.00 - $67,344.00 per year
