The Neogen Care Director of Patient Care Services leads all home health care Clinical Operations while developing and growing Neogen Care home health care service capabilities. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing, therapy, and health care services provided in the home setting and for the management of clinical operations. Establishes, implements, and evaluates processes, procedures, goals and objectives for Neogen Care to achieve and promote organization vision, mission, philosophy, and quality standards. The Director of Patient Care Services also serves as a Clinical Manager for the purposes of meeting Medicare and HMO client’s conditions of participation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Under the direction of the CEO :
- Coordinating and leading direct and indirect patient care services provided by Neogen Care
clinical personnel.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
