NeoGenomics is looking for an Associate Accounting Manager wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This is a hybrid in office and remote to work out of our Carlsbad, CA office with a Monday - Friday day shift.

Position Summary :
As an Associate Accounting Manager at NeoGenomics, you will be integral in supporting growth in the Company, ensuring accurate accounting and analysis. You will be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping you achieve your career goals. Self-motivated individuals that have strong analytical and communication skills will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and maintain monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and assist with investigating variance analysis
- Supervise, train, and develop Accounting staff
- Assist the Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller on special projects as needed
- Provide analysis of business operations to needed accruals during monthly close
- Assist the Accounting Manager with performing data analytics to identify business insights as well as identify areas of potential accounting misstatements
- Assist with supervising fixed asset transactions
- Identify areas of efficiencies to improve current process and procedures and determine scalable solutions
