Available Shifts
- Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00am-3:30pm
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00am-6:30pm
- Sunday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive compensation with an estimated hourly pay range of $21.50 - $34.25 based on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize and monitor cases throughout the day, providing timely status updates to ensure operational efficiency.
- Distribute caseloads to pathologists and serve as a liaison between departments to meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot missing or delayed cases and implement solutions to discrepancies in a proactive manner.
- Facilitate add-on test requests for pathologists and manage daily send-outs of consult cases.
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative duties, including data entry, quality control, and spreadsheet management.
Requirements
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in a science field preferred; prior work experience will also be considered.
- 1 years of experience in the medical field or clinical laboratory highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in databases and software applications, including Microsoft Office programs.
