The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in our sales organization by engaging and qualifying inbound leads. As an Inbound SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who express interest in our products or services, ensuring that each interaction is positive and tailored to meet their needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Lead Qualification: Receive and respond to inbound inquiries promptly, ensuring timely follow-up and thorough qualification of potential customers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand leads’ challenges, goals, and decision-making timelines, and determine the appropriate next steps.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings, target industries, and competitive landscape to effectively convey value propositions.
Overcoming Objections: Easily overcome common objections such as, Budget, timeframe, not interested.
Qualifications:
1 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a confident phone presence and ability to engage prospects.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Dialpad, outreach) and proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics or sales targets.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, willing to learn and implement feedback quickly.
