Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key contributor in driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting the company’s growth. This role bridges strategy and execution, coordinating marketing activities across digital, print, and social media while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and materials. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in managing key programs such as NeoFit90, collecting success stories, and fostering customer engagement to highlight the impact of our brand.
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player passionate about marketing, storytelling, and program coordination, eager to make a meaningful impact across all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Include, but are not limited to :
- Collaborate with the design team to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery of creative assets, maintaining alignment with project goals.
- Lead weekly task meetings to coordinate priorities, assign responsibilities, and track progress across marketing initiatives.
- Plan and coordinate brand photoshoots, including managing logistics, sourcing props and talent, and ensuring alignment with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with operations to coordinate inventory levels and establish go-to-print dates, ensuring timely availability of marketing materials and product assets.
- Collect and curate customer reviews, testimonials, and success stories, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Coordinate the NeoFit90 weight loss and fitness program, including organizing program logistics, reviewing participant entries for standout stories, and highlighting top successes.
- Provide support to NeoFit90 participants, addressing questions and ensuring an engaging and positive experience throughout the program.
- Conduct market research to identify trends across channels like TikTok and Instagram, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Manage social media platforms by scheduling content, fostering community engagement, and tracking performance metrics.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and materials.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing projects, and managing budgets.
