If so, we’re looking for you!Purpose of the RoleThe Marketing Coordinator will be a key contributor in driving brand awareness, engaging target audiences, and supporting the company’s growth. This role bridges strategy and execution, coordinating marketing activities across digital, print, and social media while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and materials. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in managing key programs such as NeoFit90, collecting success stories, and fostering customer engagement to highlight the impact of our brand.We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented team player passionate about marketing, storytelling, and program coordination, eager to make a meaningful impact across all aspects of our business.Key ResponsibilitiesInclude, but are not limited to : Collaborate with the design team to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery of creative assets, maintaining alignment with project goals.Lead weekly task meetings to coordinate priorities, assign responsibilities, and track progress across marketing initiatives.Plan and coordinate brand photoshoots, including managing logistics, sourcing props and talent, and ensuring alignment with the creative vision and brand guidelines.Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with operations to coordinate inventory levels and establish go-to-print dates, ensuring timely availability of marketing materials and product assets.Collect and curate customer reviews, testimonials, and success stories, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.Coordinate the NeoFit90 weight loss and fitness program, including organizing program logistics, reviewing participant entries for standout stories, and highlighting top successes.Provide support to NeoFit90 participants, addressing questions and ensuring an engaging and positive experience throughout the program.Conduct market research to identify trends across channels like TikTok and Instagram, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities, providing actionable insights to the team.Manage social media platforms by scheduling content, fostering community engagement, and tracking performance metrics.Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and materials.Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing projects, and managing budgets.Competencies for SuccessProficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, task management systems, and social media management platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive interpersonal relationships.Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.Positive, adaptable mindset with a proactive approach.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-5 years of marketing experience.Measures of Success (KPIs)Meeting deadlines for campaign launches and deliverables.Measurable increases in customer engagement (e.g., social media interactions, NeoFit90 entries).Contribution to achieving marketing performance metrics (e.g., lead generation, ROI).Improved brand consistency across all marketing materials.Effective teamwork and communication within cross-functional teams.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentThis role is based in our Santa Clara office and requires the candidate to work a hybrid remote and in-office schedule. Local candidates are preferred.Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.Occasionally required to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.Moderate noise levels typical of an office environment.Additional Information : This position is for local candidates only.The salary for this position ranges from $25-28 hourly. Salary is dependent on experience.This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa, etc.).
