What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Neon Logistics?
We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our team and work directly under a Sales Representative to help manage and grow their book of business. In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day account management, ensure exceptional customer service, and support sales efforts to drive continued success.
What You’ll Do:- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Assist in managing freight operations and coordinating shipments
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure smooth communication
- Work closely with the Sales Rep to identify growth opportunities and expand accounts
- Problem-solve logistics challenges and provide proactive solutions
- Support daily administrative tasks related to account management
- Experience in a sales support, account management, or logistics role preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Bonus: Experience in the logistics industry or working with a 3PL
