The Role:As an Operations Leader, you’re the backbone of our overnight crews, ensuring that every job shines and every client is thrilled. You’ll travel across the Southeast, lead top-notch teams, and tackle challenges head-on—all while growing your career.What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise nightly crews and ensure flawless cleaning results.
- Be the Boss: Act as the main contact for your team and our clients.
- Stay Organized: Manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies to keep operations smooth. * Inspect & Perfect: Ensure every job site meets company standards.
- Track the Details: Monitor and report on fuel, mileage, and chemical usage.
- Travel & Explore: Oversee operations across the Southeast and stay on-site as needed.Who You Are: * A natural leader with experience in operations, maintenance, or pressure washing (bonus for car wash industry know-how!).
