Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Launch Specialist located in Phoenix, AZ. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Launch Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will own the backend setup process for new customers, creating and configuring their accounts and ensuring a smooth rollout across all locations. You’ll work closely with our Sales, Support, and Logistics teams to make sure each customer is set up for success from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up backend accounts in our platform for all new customers and locations
- Input and manage customer data accurately across systems
- Coordinate rollout schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and drive progress
- Ensure content is correctly scheduled, mapped, and ready to go live at launch
- Provide updates and confirmations to customers throughout the process
- Continuously improve our launch process to create a better experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years in an operations, onboarding, or project coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new platforms quickly
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience with SaaS platforms or digital signage is a plus
Salary : $48,000 - $60,000
