10 Required Experience with CAPPS Business Process Design / Redesign / Reingineering best practices
10 Required Experience with Business / System / Data Analysis and Improvement
10 Required Experience with the development of various reporting mechanisms
10 Required Experience with ERP / CAPPS Financials / PeopleSoft in Texas
10 Required Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
10 Required Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
10 Required CAPPS GL, Commitment Control, Purchasing,E-Procurement, AP,Cash Receipts, Inv, Assets and Grants
10 Required PeopleSoft Financial modules implementation and post-go live experience with an emphasis on process improvemt
10 Required Ledger Reconfiguration Impact ,Testing and Reconciliation
5 Required Experience with the All-Activity Query Logic in CAPPS
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
This position will include working with cross-divisional executives, directors and other stakeholders as directed by the CFO to review current TCAPPS business processes which will include but is not limited to :

TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 02 / 17 / 2025 and are expected to complete by 08 / 31 / 2025. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 500 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and / or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing. Work Order may be renewed for up to three (3) additional fiscal years at the same title, level and rate.
WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed
The primary work location(s) will be at 100% Remote - Austin Region Preferred as possible in-person meetings may be required. No Travel will be paid.
