What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Neosho Memorial Regional Medical Center?
Performs routine, daily cleaning and supplying patient rooms, wards, nursing stations, lounges, lavatories, bathrooms, offices, and any other areas assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department and in accordance with hospital objectives. Follows all safety guidelines in accordance with any state-mandated rules and regulations. The Infection Prevention Technician will adhere to appropriate precautions and techniques in each department regarding hazardous chemicals, blood and body fluids, medical waste and/or equipment.
Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Is expected to work varying hours, holidays, and weekends.
