Client Success Manager – Digital Advertising
We’re looking for a new member to join the team and help accelerate our client’s growth.
You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and making them happy by crafting & executing, together with the team, the best digital marketing concepts and campaigns one could imagine.
What will your day look like? That depends on you, your clients, and your team members. Your time will probably be invested as follows :
- 5% – 10% – Team Meetings & Organisation
- 20 – 25% – Writing concepts and offers to new clients.
- 10% – 15% – Calls and communications with new clients.
- 50% – 65% – Service & support for existing clients : planned & AdHoc communications.
The split depends on the time of year and the number of existing and new clients.
