Your mission

  • Support our Platform Growth Team in securing strategic partnerships with food content creators in Charlotte / North Carolina, unlocking a new marketing channel and enabling us to offer more valuable products to our restaurants and users
  • Use data-based insights to identify food content creators with strong engagement in niche audiences who are a perfect fit for the NeoTaste marketplace
  • Independently reach out to and convince these creators to become part of the NeoTaste platform, building sustainable partnerships that support overall business goals
  • Work together closely with our Head of Platform Growth to develop new acquisition channels and optimize existing processes to maximize conversion rates

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your bachelor's degree and gained at least 6 months of professional experience in the areas of strategic partnerships, sales consulting or in similar positions in sales or marketing
  • You are speaking English on a native level and communication is your strength : You can effortlessly create a pleasant conversational atmosphere, whether in writing or speaking
  • You are analytical and used to take data-based decisions (e.g. by using engagement and performance data)
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, bringing a high level of responsibility and commitment
  • You are confident, not discouraged by a "no", and stay passionate and persistent
  • You are excited about opening up new marketing channels that impact overall business goals and have the drive and enthusiasm to learn as much as you can!

  • An estimated salary for this role of $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on seniority, skills and location.
