Job Description / Responsibilities :
Responsible for executing purchasing transactions for goods and / or services on behalf of internal clients.
Specific tasks include the following :
Purchasing non-complex, materials and services.
Purchasing off of existing master agreements.
Completing change orders to outline agreements and purchase orders.
Providing reports in support of internal auditing, Sarbanes Oxley testing and internal self-assessments.
Printing and issuing Purchase Orders.
Completing new vendor request forms.
Evaluating supplier viability and sustainability using Dun & Bradstreet reports.
Following and supporting all processes around proper buying and documentation.
Assisting clients & suppliers in resolving invoice issues - may include performing Procurement Helpdesk functions on a rotational basis.
