THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECH
As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule of 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM with an on-call rotation.
As you move through your day as an HVAC Service Tech, you skillfully troubleshoot HVAC equipment, presenting clear findings and options to customers while ensuring their satisfaction. You take pride in maintaining your truck inventory, keeping your service vehicle organized and clean, and tracking maintenance needs to alert management promptly. After each call, you contact the office to provide details about the work completed and receive your next dispatch instructions. With a focus on customer service, you become a trusted representative in every home, building relationships based on trust and comfort as you ensure each customer's needs are met.
OUR IDEAL HVAC SERVICE TECH
- Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
- Connecticut HVAC trade license
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills

We have been installing and servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems throughout Connecticut since 1988. We provide a range of services to our customers including heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless air systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more! Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in-house sheet metal shop by state-licensed fabricators. The air conditioning and heating arena is our business, not a sideline.
