What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Liaison position at NES Fircroft?
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for a Payroll Liaison to join our team! This role is essential in supporting both internal teams and contractors with payroll-related queries and ensuring a smooth payroll process. If you have a background in payroll or customer service and enjoy problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing 💼💻 :
- Manage the payroll query inbox and ensure all queries are addressed within 24 hours.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries on the main payroll phone line.
- Distribute emails and phone calls to the appropriate payroll administrators and processors.
- Liaise with operations and contractors to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Assist payroll processors with queries such as missing receipts and incorrect timesheet dates.
- Provide contractors with copies of remits and pay stubs as needed.
- Download and distribute weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll reports after each payroll cycle.
- Support payroll administrators with internal and external payroll inquiries.
- Distribute mail between payroll, tax, and benefits teams.
- Assist with special payroll-related projects as required.
