The client I am working with is an innovator and growing rapidly due to an increased demand in their environmental machinery. With plans to grow internationally, they are ramping up their efforts in utilizing state-of-the-art technology for a better future.
The Role
As Senior Control System Engineer, you would carry out the following;
ø Designing, installation and commissioning of plant level OT networks and machine level control systems.
ø Managing control vendors and contractors for front end Engineering phase.
ø Providing Electrical and Controls maintenance support and improvement projects.
ø Selecting the correct instrumentation and control systems as per specifications.
ø Supporting and developing new processes and technology.
Ideal Candidate
For this role, we are looking for;
ø 5 years working on heavy industrial process equipment.
ø Experience on both greenfield and brownfield projects.
ø Good thorough understanding of Rockwell / Allen Bradley hardware and software.
ø Good experience on networking, communication protocols and fieldbuses.
ø Strong experience in Motor Control Systems and VFD's.
ø Prior background in mining and minerals, powder metals or recycling processes is a plus.
