Both Projects are situated close to the Kansas border, providing a unique set of challenges and opportunities in a rapidly expanding renewable energy region.
Position Overview
The role is split 50 / 50 between office and field work, offering a balanced mix of project coordination, on-site problem-solving, and technical analysis.
Primary responsibilities include managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and submitting submittals to the customer, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Design experience is required for the role, as the types of submittals will include technical details, such as system specifications and construction methods, requiring a solid understanding of design principles.
While this position is not a full Field Engineer (FE) role, the candidate will need to perform a significant amount of fieldwork, interacting with contractors, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring quality control. A solid understanding of both field operations and office management is essential for success.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the wind energy sector and familiar with the nuances of renewable energy project management.
Experience with renewables is essential : we're specifically looking for candidates who have prior experience working on wind energy projects or similar renewable energy fields.
