**About the Role:**

This position requires an individual who can effectively support the implementation and maintenance of the site welding program, including direct hire work activities for Non-Destruct Exam (NDE) and Pre/Post-Welding Heat Treat (PWHT). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Lead Welding Field Engineer, discipline superintendents and crafts regarding Pre/PWHT, Welding, and NDE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation of the site welding program.
  • Coordinate with construction and Bechtel LFWE to support the overall construction schedule.
  • Develop and maintain quality control programs to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our site welding program remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in welding inspection or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in implementing and maintaining quality control programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
