Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer with a PE (Professional Engineer) license or EIT (Engineer-in-Training) designation to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in structural analysis, specifically with strap steel design. The successful candidate will bring strong technical skills, the ability to perform complex structural analyses, and a deep understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis on strap steel and related components.
• Utilize proprietary engineering software for design and analysis tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality and timely project deliverables.
• Conduct structural assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Work with senior engineers to optimize design solutions and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of design processes, analyses, and results.

Required

• PE (Professional Engineer) license or EIT (Engineer-in-Training) designation required.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering, specifically with strap steel design and analysis.
• Proficient in engineering software for structural analysis (candidate should have access to their own software).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation

• Competitive annual salary of $100,000.
• Up to 32% bonus based on performance and company success.
