We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support critical projects, deliver analytical reporting, and provide superior customer service. This role involves strategic collaboration with teams to enhance the customer experience while managing high-priority accounts and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product allocation projects and deliver analytical reporting on strategic high-priority accounts.
- Provide enhanced shipment visibility and logistics updates for equipment units in transit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, with a dedicated focus on high-vulnerability accounts.
- Collaborate with teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization.

8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (2 positions)
Qualifications
Pay rate - $21 / hr
This is a long-term contract-to-hire position
